Every semester, Participants of the Programme must attend classes regularly. Attendance has an impact on your final grade in each subject.

Every Participant of the Programme is allowed to be absent without any excuse during each semester:

In the winter semester (1st semester):

• four times in subjects like Mathematics, Physics, English, Introduction to Information Technologies (IT).
• twice in subjects like Polish and Polish Culture.

During the summer semester (2nd semester):

• four times in subjects like Mathematics, Physics, English, and Polish.
• twice in subjects like Introduction to Engineering and Chemistry.

Absences can be justified/excused in some circumstances. The Participant should provide formal proof of absence, for instance, a medical certificate.
