Academic Year 2023/2024
After the decision of the Faculty and receiving the scan of the Acceptance Letter to the Foundation Year Programme (Conditional Acceptance Letter B) you can apply to the Foundation Year Programme.
The application deadline for the upcoming Foundation Year is 16th August 2023.
STEP 1
To register for the Foundation Year Programme:
- Fill in the online Application Form – CLICK HERE
and upload in the system:- your English Language Certificate (B2 level or more) from this list of required certificates (no other certificates are acceptable),
- your Conditional Acceptance Letter B.
STEP 2
After verification of your documents, you will receive your Participation Agreement in the Foundation Year Programme and payment details.
STEP 3
Send us back the scans of:
- signed Agreement,
- proof of payment of the tuition fee – PLN 16 000.
STEP 4
Apply for a Polish visa
After submitting all documents, you will receive the Embassy Letter and the Acceptance Letter at your e-mail address.
Please, make an appointment in the Polish embassy or consulate as soon as possible.
STEP 5
Start the Foundation Year Programme!
When you receive your Polish visa, inform us that you are ready to come to Warsaw.
The Foundation Year Programme starts at the beginning of October. We will be informing you about any updates before the beginning of the Foundation Year Programme via our general e-mail address.
